To check and see if Java is enabled via your Internet Explorer, please perform the following actions:

From your desktop, click on Internet Explorer.

From the toolbar menu located at the top of the page, select "Tools" and then "Internet Options"
The Internet options window will open.  Click on the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to "HTTP 1.1 setting"

If Java is available via  your browser you will see "Java (Sun) or an equivalent underneath this section.  If you do not see "Java".  Click the Java Icon on the left to down load and install a free copy of this software.

Once Java is installed, or if you already have it, make sure this check box is selected.

Be sure to also check the boxes as shown in the diagram on the right under "Microsoft VM" and "Multimedia".
